Trina Christiansen is a dedicated and skilled paralegal with a robust background in real estate law and corporate transactions. Her journey into the legal field began after completing her paralegal training in 2009, following an initial career in real estate. She quickly transitioned to working at a law firm, where she spent three years working in real estate and foreclosure law, gaining invaluable experience in handling complex property transactions.
Trina’s experience in real estate law is complemented by her experience working in various roles within the legal process. She has served as an escrow officer, where she managed title work and then facilitated transactions from loan application to post-closing. Her deep understanding of the legal requirements and intricacies involved in property transactions makes her a valuable asset to Avisen Legal’s clients.
At Avisen Legal, Trina is excited to broaden her focus beyond real estate to support the firm’s diverse legal practices. Her experience spans working on all sides of a transaction, including the borrower, lender, and title aspects, providing her with a comprehensive perspective on what it takes to bring a deal to successful completion. Trina’s approach is characterized by meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering results for clients.
In addition to her professional work, Trina has been actively involved in the legal community. She has served on the Paralegal Advisory Committee for North Hennepin Community College and the board of directors for the Minnesota Paralegal Association. She is also a long-time member of the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW), where she continues to engage with industry professionals and stay current with legal developments.
Outside of her professional life, Trina enjoys spending time at her cabin in Wisconsin, where she can often be found on the water or in her garden. Her love for the outdoors provides a perfect balance to her work in the legal field.
