John Roberts, who co-founded New Counsel in 2006 after legal roles with internet pioneers and Fortune 500 companies, brings a deep understanding of the startup lifecycle. “I’ve spent my career working with early-stage technology companies,” Roberts said. “Joining Avisen gives us greater bandwidth and a broader team with the experience to better support founders chasing bold ideas.”
Harold Slawik, also a co-founder, brings more than 25 years of experience advising software and IP-driven businesses.
